Commercial BIM Design

HVAC
A duct route that looks simple on a floor plan can run into a beam, piping, or another trade above the ceiling. RevCAD models ductwork, piping, and equipment in 3D to work through routes, elevations, and clearances. We prepare coordinated plans, shop drawings, and spool sheets that support fabrication and installation.
ARCHITECTURAL
RevCAD develops floor plans, roof plans, elevations, sections, and site drawings for custom homes, additions, and renovations. We work from your goals and available property information, then address practical questions about the layout, existing conditions, and how the new work fits together.
ELECTRICAL
Lighting, switches, outlets, and equipment locations need to make sense within the room and alongside other building systems. RevCAD prepares electrical layouts and coordinates device locations with the architectural and HVAC drawings, giving the project team a clear basis for planning the work.
AS-BUILTS
When existing plans are outdated or incomplete, we organize available measurements, site information, photos, and redlines into CAD or Revit drawings of existing conditions. These drawings provide a starting point for renovations and additions. We can also update drawings to record changes made during construction.
